- For best results use on clean dry bare skin
- MUST use provided goggles if using on the face
- Use a combination of red and near-infrared at the same time
- If you have a PRO panel, use BLUE light therapy before 1-2pm
- For Red and Near-Infrared Treatments use before 6pm
- 5 minutes on the face 10-15cm (3-6 inches) away
- 10 minutes on the body 10-15cm (3-6 inches) away
- Repeat daily, with one day off after every 5 days.
For improved sleep, use RED LIGHT ONLY pointed to the wall an hour before bedtime on 25-30% brightness setting.

If you overdo light therapy, its safe, but you will slow down the outcomes you're trying to achieve as it will exhaust your cells.
