Welcome to the Kivo Affiliate Program. This program is designed to provide an opportunity for individuals and organizations to earn revenue by promoting our innovative light therapy solutions. Below are the terms and conditions governing the affiliate partnership.
As an affiliate, you will receive a commission of 10% on all sales generated through your unique referral link. This commission is calculated based on the total sale amount, excluding any taxes, shipping fees, or discounts applied to the order. It is important to note that this commission structure does not apply to any deep discount sales or promotional events that may occur periodically.
In addition to earning revenue from sales, to encourage customers to use your discount code, affiliates customers will receive a 10% discount on regularly priced items to their referrals and customers. This discount serves as an incentive for potential customers to make a purchase while also benefiting the affiliate by increasing conversion rates. The discount will be applied at checkout using a unique code provided to the affiliate.
Affiliates are responsible for promoting Kivo products in a manner that aligns with our brand values and maintains the integrity of our offerings. Any form of misleading advertising or misrepresentation of Kivo products is strictly prohibited and may result in termination from the affiliate program, and forfeiture of any revenue generated.
To ensure a successful partnership, affiliates are encouraged to utilize various marketing strategies, including but not limited to social media promotion, email marketing, and content creation. Affiliates should also track their performance through the provided affiliate dashboard, which will display sales generated, commissions earned, and any applicable discounts utilized by their referrals.
Payments for commissions will be processed on an adhoc basis, provided that the minimum payout threshold has been met. Affiliates will receive their earnings through the payment method specified during the registration process. It is the affiliate's responsibility to ensure that their payment information is accurate and up to date. To receive your revenue, you must submit an invoice to the Kivo Affiliate Team and receive either an e-transfer, store credit, or bank transfer.
If any customer receives a refund or returns their product, the commission paid for the sale will be deducted from your affiliate revenue. If there is insufficient revenue, or you have ceased using the Kivo Affiliate Program, then that amount will be due immediately.
By participating in the Kivo Affiliate Program, affiliates agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Kivo reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, with changes communicated to affiliates in a timely manner. Continued participation in the program after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
