All our panels are distributed from our Warehouse in Vancouver, BC, Canada. You may pickup any in-stock product direct from us (appointments are necessary)
Free Shipping
We provide free curb-side delivery within 30km of Vancouver, BC.
We provide free shipping to the rest of the mainland United States, or mainland Canada - excluding Northwest Territories, Yukon or Nunavut, Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, or Puerto Rico - some other addresses may also be exempt depending upon carriers specifications. When we contact you to complete your order, you'll be notified if we're unable to provide free shipping. This applies even if the shopping cart specifies you qualify.
You will have the option to pay the surcharge if we're unable to deliver for free, and your order is not confirmed until paid for in full. If we're unable to ship for free, and your shipment requires a surcharge, the order can be cancelled by both or either party without obligation.
Fulfillment
We endeavour to carry our products in stock and in our main warehouse - however, due to fluctuating quantities and high demand, the product may not be able to be picked up, or shipped immediately. In this situation, we'll organize shipping directly from our factory, or let you know when it is available.
