Kivo is based in Vancouver, BC - and utilizes Canada Post for shipping within Canada and the US.

Canada Post is currently (as of 11 December 2024) in its 4th week of strike action, leading to delays in delivering packages. Orders and Packages that have already been dispatched via Canada Post have been delayed. We are currently utilizing other couriers to deliver new orders. We've been made aware of rumours from UPS and Purolator that they may be considering strike action as well.

We will do our best to deliver orders as quickly as possible given the circumstances, using alternative methods to avoid delays.
